BELOW IS OUR ORDER FORM FOR CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PURCHASES
(Do not use this form if you are paying with a credit card)
To place an order, fill out the order form with all the necessary information, along with your shipping information, phone number and email address and click the submit button to send it to us. Please send a note with any special instructions.
When we receive your order, we will send you an email back showing you the total price you owe including shipping charges and sales tax (if in IL) and also give you the address to send your payment to. Please send your payment as soon as your email is confirmed.
We CANNOT send out your order until we receive your payment. If you pay by personal check, the order will be held until check clears bank. If you pay by money order or cashier's check, your order will be shipped just as soon as it is completed, usually within 3-4 business days after receipt of your payment. (excluding orders or 75 or more jigs or in our busiest season Mar-May, this may take additional time). If you need your order sooner, please call us and we can make arrangements for Priority or Express Mailing. Due to recent problems of a few customers not sending payment once an order is placed, we will not start working on your order until we receive payment.
All orders are shipped US mail first class unless otherwise specified. We are not set up to do International shipping but can ship to Canada or any US Military Address.
Carol and I tie all our knockers by hand and also pour our own jigheads. We are proud of the quality of these jigs. You have our personal guarantee that these jigs are tied with experienced hands and are made of the best quality. But, if you find any defect in the product, just simply return within 15 days of receipt of order for a full refund of the purchase price.
